 UNDER CONSTRUCTIONPublished: August 19, 2010 Beginning August 23rd the Illinois Department of Transportation will begin resurfacing Jackson Street. Over the next several weeks the street will be resurfaced, and there will be a significant amount of construction along the entry and exits to the parking lot at the high school, at the intersection of Illinois Street and along the front of the junior high. Staff and students should use extra caution as the construction proceeds and allow for extra time, since there will be periods of one lane traffic in either direction.
