Potter Awards 2020
This award was established by the Board of Education and is a tribute to an outstanding educator who exemplifies the qualities of high standards, professionalism and dedication to students. The award is given annually and is the highest honor the District may bestow on an educator and recognizes a lifetime of accomplishment.
This is the Fifth Year for the Potter’s Hand Award. It has been established as a way to recognize non-certified staff members who play an essential role in helping to shape, mold and support the students in District 709. The Potter’s Hand Award, considered a high honor in the District, recognizes a staff member whose dedication to their professional role is critical and essential in supporting the overall well being of the students in the Morton School District. This award, given annually, recognizes one non-certified staff member’s exemplary dedication and performance.
